Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using the website and VIPHoki. By opening an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a casino wager, submitting a sports bet, or otherwise using VIPHoki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.

If you do not accept any provision, you must not use VIPHoki. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. Where a promotion or particular game contains additional rules, those specific rules apply alongside this document. If there is a conflict, the specific promotional or game rule will apply to that matter unless prohibited by applicable law.

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the stated meanings:

• “Account” means a registered VIPHoki player profile.
• “Player” or “you” means the individual accessing or using VIPHoki.
• “Services” means casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, promotions, payment facilities, and related website functions.
• “Bonus Funds” means promotional credit that is subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions.
• “Real Funds” means deposited money and withdrawable winnings not restricted by an active promotion.
• “KYC” means identity, age, address, source-of-funds, and payment-method verification checks.

References to MYR or RM mean Malaysian Ringgit. References to business hours or dates are based on Malaysian Time unless VIPHoki states otherwise.

Account Eligibility and Age Requirement

VIPHoki is available only to individuals aged 21 and above who possess legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for confirming that your access to online gambling is lawful in the place where you are physically located. VIPHoki does not provide legal advice and does not represent that its Services are permitted in every jurisdiction.

Employees, contractors, game suppliers, payment providers, and persons directly involved in operating VIPHoki may be restricted from participation where access could create a conflict of interest. An account must be used only for the player’s personal entertainment. Accounts may not be opened for another individual, sold, transferred, shared, or used as a commercial betting service.

Registration, Verification, and Account Security

Players must provide complete, current, and accurate registration information. VIPHoki may require documents such as proof of identity, proof of address, a payment ownership record, or information concerning the source of deposited funds. Documents must be authentic, legible, and unaltered.

You must keep your password and account access details confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Public or shared devices should not retain login details. VIPHoki may suspend access while investigating unusual login patterns, duplicate registrations, attempted identity misuse, or payment discrepancies.

Only one VIPHoki account is permitted per player unless written approval has been provided. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and associated bonuses or winnings may be reviewed where there is evidence that multiple accounts were created to bypass a rule, limit, restriction, or self-exclusion instruction.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits may be offered through selected Malaysian banking and payment channels, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, minimum amounts, processing times, and limits may vary by account, payment provider, verification status, and technical conditions.

A player may use only a payment method they are legally authorised to operate. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned after review. VIPHoki may request verification before accepting or releasing funds. Deposits are intended for genuine gameplay and must not be used to transfer money between payment systems, obtain cash advances, or conceal the source or destination of funds.

Bitcoin, USDT, and ETH options may display an estimated MYR value. Blockchain confirmations, network fees, market movement, and address accuracy remain relevant to processing. A player is responsible for checking the currency and destination details before approving a cryptocurrency transfer.

Withdrawals and Payment Reviews

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed KYC checks, bonus conditions, payment-provider limits, and account review. Wherever reasonably possible, VIPHoki will return funds through the original deposit method or another verified method held in the player’s name.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. A withdrawal may take longer where documents are missing, banking networks are unavailable, an account is under security review, or a payment provider requires additional checks. VIPHoki may divide a large payment into instalments where provider limits make this necessary.

Players must review bank details, wallet identifiers, and cryptocurrency addresses carefully. VIPHoki is not responsible for a completed transfer sent to incorrect information supplied or confirmed by the player, except where the error resulted directly from VIPHoki’s own processing failure.

Casino Games, Sports Betting, and Settlement

Players must check the stake, selection, odds, market, and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted, a bet ordinarily cannot be changed or cancelled. Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system, while sports bets are settled using official results and the applicable market rules.

EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, football, and other markets may be suspended when feeds are delayed, an event is interrupted, or material information becomes uncertain. Obvious pricing, display, or settlement errors do not create a right to receive an unintended return. VIPHoki may correct a genuine technical error and recalculate the account balance using the valid odds, stake, or result.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, or materially altered, the sport-specific rules determine whether a wager remains valid or is void. The final transaction and game records maintained by VIPHoki and its relevant suppliers will be used when reviewing disputes, subject to evidence of a clear system fault.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Rewards

VIPHoki promotions may include minimum deposits, eligible games, maximum stakes, wagering requirements, expiry periods, withdrawal caps, or player-specific restrictions. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable requirements have been completed. Different games may contribute at different rates.

Welcome offers, crypto deposit rebates, referral rewards, cashback, birthday rewards, and VIP tier benefits are discretionary promotions unless otherwise stated. VIPHoki may withhold a reward where information is inaccurate, KYC is incomplete, qualifying activity has been reversed, or coordinated accounts are attempting to obtain an unintended benefit.

Promotion amounts are not guaranteed winnings. A bonus increases the balance available under its rules but does not guarantee profit or successful withdrawal. Players should review the complete offer details before opting in and should never deposit more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following activities are prohibited when using VIPHoki:

• Fraud, collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, or coordinated betting intended to create an unfair advantage.
• Use of stolen identities, unauthorised payment methods, forged documents, or misleading account information.
• Use of bots, automated betting tools, scripts, scraping systems, or software designed to interfere with normal gameplay.
• Exploitation of a technical fault, delayed data feed, incorrect odds, game malfunction, or promotional configuration error.
• Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communication with support staff or other players.
• Attempts to evade account limits, KYC checks, self-exclusion, geographic controls, or responsible gambling restrictions.

VIPHoki may suspend an account, void affected transactions, withhold disputed funds, close an account, or refer a matter to an appropriate service provider or authority when reasonably necessary to investigate prohibited conduct. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled after the review, subject to applicable obligations.

Responsible Gambling and Player Controls

Gambling is an entertainment activity involving financial risk. VIPHoki encourages players to set a budget, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never use money intended for rent, food, bills, education, or other essential commitments. No gambling system can guarantee a profit.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods, account closure, or self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be applied in accordance with the selected duration and should not be treated as a temporary password reset. Players must not attempt to bypass a restriction by opening another VIPHoki account.

Privacy, Personal Data, and Security

VIPHoki processes personal data for registration, identity verification, payment administration, fraud prevention, responsible gambling controls, customer support, legal compliance, and service improvement. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect player data. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Players must also protect their devices, email accounts, passwords, and payment credentials. Suspected account compromise should be reported immediately.

Service Availability and Technical Faults

VIPHoki aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet outages, supplier downtime, device limitations, banking disruptions, or events outside reasonable control may affect the Services. A player should not assume that a wager was accepted unless confirmation appears in the account record.

If a game or betting session is interrupted, VIPHoki may restore the state supplied by the relevant system, settle a completed outcome, or void the affected transaction where no valid result exists. Visual animations are illustrative; the recorded game result and transaction log determine settlement.

Complaints and Dispute Review

A player should raise a complaint as soon as reasonably possible and include the account identifier, transaction or bet reference, date, amount, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots may assist the review but must not be edited.

VIPHoki will investigate relevant account records, game logs, payment confirmations, and supplier information. During review, the player must cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Support will communicate the outcome and, where appropriate, explain any correction applied to the account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIPHoki is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, including loss caused by a player’s device, internet connection, disclosed password, incorrect payment details, or failure to understand a wager or promotion.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. VIPHoki’s responsibility for a valid claim will be assessed according to the direct loss proven, the relevant transaction records, and applicable law. Players remain solely responsible for deciding whether, when, and how much to wager.

Changes, Severability, and Contact

VIPHoki may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in Services, payment methods, security controls, industry standards, or applicable requirements. Material changes will take effect from the date stated in the updated document. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay by VIPHoki in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms constitute the agreement concerning use of the Services together with any incorporated game, promotion, privacy, and responsible gambling rules.
